This Privacy Policy explains what information NameDatePhoto ("we", "us", "our"), available at namedatephoto.com, collects when you visit, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

All of our photo tools process images locally in your browser. The pictures and signatures you select are not uploaded to our servers, are not stored by us, and are not shared with anyone. When you close or refresh the page, they are gone.

The Background Remover loads an AI model file from a public content delivery network the first time it runs. Only the model file is downloaded. Your image is not sent anywhere.

Information you give us

We only receive personal information if you choose to send it, for example your name, email address and message when you contact us. See the Contact section below.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider and the services we use may automatically receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, language, referring page, pages visited and the time of the visit.

Information stored on your device

We store your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. This stays on your device.

Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record keeping. The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but because your images never leave your device, the main risk to them is removed.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Please check back occasionally. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
